Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced, onsite Medicare survey conducted May 27, 2026 for the purposes of approving a peritoneal dialysis training and support program, Wilkes Barre Dialysis was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D: Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities. Recommend certification of the peritoneal dialysis training and support program effective May 27, 2026.
