Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on November 19, 2025, at Nemours Children's Hospital, Surgery Center, Nemours, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
Surgery Center is on the front half of the 2nd floor.
