Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on December 17, 2025, at Penn Digestive And Liver Health Center University City, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
Approved as a Class C Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
