Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 26, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace a Siemens CT Stimulator Unit on a like for like basis. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1021.
This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible building, without a basement, that is not sprinklered.
