Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 4, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to correct ADA deficiencies identified in an owner provided ACR (Accessibility Corrections Report), along with cosmetic upgrades of remaining interior spaces as identified in the narrative. This inspection was for phase 8-A which includes resident rooms 105 through 110 and supporting nurse station and utility areas. Refer to drawing index numbers H-21-1251 and H-22-1242.
This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood frame building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
