An off-site follow-up survey conducted on March 9, 2026, found that Diallo Health Care Services, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an off-site state re-licensure survey completed on January 8, 2026.
