Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 2, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to remove 1 class B hyperbaric chamber, replace 1 hyperbaric chamber and widen the existing door to the hyperbaric chamber room.
Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-25-1012.
This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, ground floor, and a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
