Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on February 6, 2024, and completed on February 9, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace existing automated Lab Equipment in an existing lab space on the second floor.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0217, H-23-0624, H-23-0727.
This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement, ground floor, and a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
