Holy Family Pavilion
Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on July 25, 2024, and completed on July 30, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to provide a PET/CT scanner in a former IR room on the first floor.
Areas/Room Inspected: First floor, PET/CT, Control Room, Hot Lab, Hot Toilet, 2- uptake rooms and equipment room.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0618, H-24-0284 and H-24-0507.
This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
