Medical Science Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 26, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to expand outpatient infusion services, relocate office space on the ground floor and provide new exterior ADA ramp.

This is a ten-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, sub-basements, and penthouses, that is fully sprinklered.
