Based on a Final Occupancy Survey completed on June 12, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to replace an existing roof mounted air-handler unit with a new roof mounted air handler unit. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-22-0687.
This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
