Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on March 19, 2026 found that RDS Home Care, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation completed on March 6, 2026.
