Main Hospital - Donner, Dulles, Founders, Gates, Ravdin Court, Ravdin/White, and Silverstein Buildings
Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on April 29, 2026 and completed on May 29, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to refresh (Finish upgrades)
Ravdin Court/ Dulles 6th floor and make 6 former semiprivate rooms, private rooms. Revision H-26-0524 updates the narrative to match plan.

This is a fourteen-story, Type II, fire resistive building, with basements and penthouses, that is fully sprinklered.
