Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on January 28, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
These Final Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:
1.This Final Occupancy Survey was for alterations to replace the the existing steam lines serving the ED. Existing lines will be capped and remain underground while the new piping will traverse the roof. Refer to drawing index number H-25-1132.
2. This Final Occupancy Survey was for alterations on the first floor to convert an existing procedure room (#01-175) to an operating room (#4). Refer to drawing index number H-26-0048.
This is a two-story, Type II (222) fire resistive building, without a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
