Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 1, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to an existing Neurology Lab 6 on Level 1.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0041, H-23-0466.
This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement and sub-basement, which is fully sprinklered.
