Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on July 10, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new, single story, slab-on-grade, Class "C," ASF, within an existing, one story, building. Refer to Drawing Number H-22-0844 and H-23-0206.
This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
