Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 13, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 7 Occupancy Survey was conducted for the alterations for a total renovation to the existing outpatient building, to create a 14-bed Head Injury Patient Unit and renovations to the existing rehab hospital facility, including a conversion of the two existing nursing units, from semi-private patient rooms to private patient rooms, with private toilet/shower rooms; limited to Corridor B404, Office B418, Office B419, Corridor A229, Corridor B301, Patient Toilet B328, Equipment B329, Dialysis Treatment B330, Dialysis EVS B336, Team Conference B337, Case Management Director B325, Drs. Office B338 and Office B340.
