Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on December 2 and December 8, 2025 found that Platinum Private Duty had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Pa Code, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Based on the findings of a state re-licensure survey completed on October 7, 2025.
