Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 18, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new Psychiatric Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to add two sets of cross-corridor doors in the existing patient corridor with access controls to accommodate changes in the inpatient adult and adolescent demand.

This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
