Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on January 17, 2025, found that Sweet Golden Years Home Health Care 4u had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on November 15, 2024.
