Main Hospital Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 25, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to construct a new Class 3 neuro interventional radiology lab / hybrid operating room on the second floor.
Areas Inspected: Storage Room 1346A, Control Room 1346, Clean storage Supply 1352, System Component Room access, IR Lab 1153, Smoke Barrier Corridor wall 1154, double doors near room ICU LKR 1149, corridor smoke wall ICU LKR room 1149, and corridor smoke wall 1326.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
