Based on a Revisit to a Relicensure Survey completed on October 15, 2025, it was determined that The Surgery Center Of Pennsylvania Hospital was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
Approved as a Class C Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
