Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 14, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase One Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a class 2 CT scan room adjacent to the emergency department. Refer to drawing numbers H-25-0076 (original) and H-26-0186 (sprinkler).
***Phase One involved the elevator equipment room, oxygen storage (1801), a waiting room (1420), and PFT (1421).
This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
