Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on March 11, 2026 and completed on April 2, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace equipment within IR Lab Room B40C. Basement Floor.

This is an eight story, Type II (222) fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
