Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 24, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to install one new vacuum station outlet and one new oxygen station outlet in an existing Class1 imaging room (room B324), Basement.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-22-1079, Revision H-23-1137.
This is a ten-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement and penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
