Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on May 27, 2026, found that Harleysville Pediatric Home Care and Extended Services had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Act 54 of 1999, The Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers Act, 35 P.S., Section 449.61. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on May 6, 2026.
