Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on June 11, 2025, at The Renaissance Center for Plastic Surgery, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood frame building, with a partial basement, that is fully sprinklered.
The ASC is located on a portion of the first floor.
