Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on October 1, 2025, and completed on October 2, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new Hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to expand the existing Emergency Department with exception of the IOS Ceiling Mounted Lift in Room 1575 / TRT 8 and CRP1D-25 Circuit.

Areas Inspected: 1-Story Emergency Department Expansion, Decontamination Room, Shell Spaces.

This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
