Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 14, 2024 found that MMS Homecare Staffing had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiency cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 17, 2024.
