Replacement Hospital
Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on May17 - 18, 2021, and completed on June 16, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for construction of a new, 252 bed, replacement hospital on the existing campus.
Areas Inspected: Replacement Belmont Behavioral Hospital, floors one through six and penthouse.

This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
