Tuttleman Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on March 13, 2024 and completed on March 15, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to renovate an existing X-ray room on the third floor of the Tuttleman Center to hold a relocated PedCAT machine.
Refer to Drawing Number H-23-1085.
This is a five story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
