Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on December 30, 2025, found that Caring Hospice Services, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and state licensure survey completed on October 30, 2025.\~
