Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey completed on May 4, 2026, Amedisys Hospice of Greater Philadelphia had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation completed on March 16, 2026.
