Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey completed on October 4, 2024, found that Hospice of Central Pennsylvania agency had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness. The deficiency was cited during a Medicare recertification survey conducted on August 19, 2024, through August 22,2024.
