Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on October 19, 2023, at Evangelical Ambulatory Surgical Center, LLC., it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three story, Type II (111), protected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
