Based on a Revisit to an unannounced Medicare Sample Validation Survey completed on October 22, 2018, it was determined that Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Acute Care Hospital health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 482.41(b).
This is a two-story Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, which is fully sprinklered.
