Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 28, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute care health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert a vacant Med-Surg Unit to outpatient Physician Offices on the Fourth Floor. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0456.
This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
