Replacement Hospital
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 19, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final offsite Occupancy Survey was alterations to relocate the outpatient mammography
room from room 1710 to 1729. Room 1710 will be the new location for EKG testing.
Refer to Drawing Number: H-23-1122.
This is a two story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, which is fully sprinklered.
