Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed on October 31, 2025 found that GHG Homecare had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries.
The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite re-licensure survey completed on September 4, 2025.
