Initial Comments:
Per correspondence received in the Central Office on September 2, 2025, at 1:47 p.m. advising of an address change (program move) from 311 Station Street, Bridgeville, PA 15317 to 2575 Boyce Plaza Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241 effective August 28, 2025. In addition, a bed capacity increase from 35 to 36; effective August 28, 2025, was also requested.
Southwood Psychiatric Hospital LLC dba Southwood Children's Behavioral Healthcare Choices remained in compliance with the Requirements of 42 CFR, Part 483, Subpart G Requirements for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.
