Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on November 26, 2024, found that Angelic Home Care Agency, Inc., had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies - Emergency Preparedness. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare initial certification survey completed on September 25, 2024.
