Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 5, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace a failed medical air compressor on level SB. Refer to drawing number H-26-0127 (original).
This is an eleven-story, Type II (222), fire-resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
