Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 18, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the mechanical systems for the facility. Refer to drawing number H-16-1282.
This is a one story, Type II (000), non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
***Final phase included replacement of all Component 01 air handling units, hot water boilers, atmospheric boilers and domestic hot water heaters.
