Facility ID# 061801Component 01Torresdale Campus Main Building and Ancillary WingBased on Two Occupancy Surveys completed on March 26, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.1. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to construct (2) new Interventional Radiology (Class 3) Procedure I.R. Rooms and a new Ultrasound Room.
Areas inspected: 2nd floor I.R Department- EVS Closet -(2335J)

2. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace IR equipment on the second floor with a nuclear Camera. Areas inspected: 2nd floor Nuclear Medicine room 3.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-25-0374 and H-26-0020.This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire-resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
