Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey completed on May 29, 2026 found that Angels of Care of PA, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on April 2, 2026.

Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of licensure complaint survey completed on April 2, 2026.
