Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 14, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final offsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a sleep lab on the second floor.
Refer to Drawing Index numbers; H-25-0598, H-25-0930, and H-25-1047.
This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
