Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 10, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the medical bulk oxygen system. Refer to drawing index number H-23-0859 (original).
This is a three-story, Type I (322), fire resistive building, with a mechanical penthouse and basement, that is fully sprinklered.
