Initial Comments:
This report is the result of an onsite Special Monitoring survey conducted on July 2, 2024, at Planned Parenthood Keystone - Warminster which included the facilty permanently ceasing operation. Based on the occupancy survey it was determined the facility was in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Regulations 28 Pa Code, Chapter 29, Subchapter D, Ambulatory Gynecological Surgery in Hospitals and Clinics.
