Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on November 12, 2019 and completed on November 13, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Hospital Alterations to run a new exhaust for existing Chemo Hood on the ground Floor.

Area Inspected: Ground floor pharmacy clean room.

This is a four story Type II (222), fire-resistive building, with a ground floor, basement and sub-basement, which is partially sprinklered, with a Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES) for deficiency K 034.

"The Fire Safety Evaluation System is a measuring system; It compares the level of fire safety provided by an arrangement of safeguards which differ from those specified within NFPA 101, The Life Safety Code, to the level of safety provided within a building which conforms entirely with the details of The Code. "NFPA 101A: A Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety.
