Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on January 16 , 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

These Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:

1. Alterations on the first and second floor to renovate the lobby/entry area and office space on the second floor. This Phase Two inspection included gift shop 1101, gift shop 1102, gift support room 1102, storage room 1103, and the lobby stairwell. Refer to drawing index numbers H-22-0989, and H-23-0545.
2. Alterations to install sprinklers in the basement and floors one through five. This Phase One inspection included the third floor. Refer to drawing index numbers H-23-0489 and H-23-1094.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
