Based on an Occupancy survey completed on June 3, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 3 and Final Occupancy Survey was for alterations to relocate current occupants of the Wood Building to the 3rd floor of the Main Building and provide fast track E.D. services on the 3rd floor, limited to the Office of Residency and Education Offices 3NE01A, 3NE01B, 3NE03B, 3ND02E, 3NE02, 3ND03C, 3NE03A, 3ND03, 3NE05A, 3NE05, 3NE08B, 3NE08, 3NE08C, 3NE09, 3NE010, 3NE11, 3NE12, 3NE07, 3NE06, Staff Pantry 3ND04, Staff Lactation 3ND04B, Shared BH EDU 3N08A, Copy 3NE08D, Med EDU & GME TD 3NE13B, Shared APD 3NE13D, Shared APD 3NE13J, Res TD 3NE01, Passage 3NE04A, Passage 3NE13 and Mail Slots 3NE13A.

This is a ten story, type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement, penthouse, and parking garages, which is fully sprinklered.
