Behavioral Health at Cedar Avenue

Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on March 4, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to reinstall fire alarm pull stations at exit stairs on the 4th & 7th floors; modify ramp in 7C07; replace seclusion doors with kennon anti-ligature doors.

This is a seven-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
