Based on three Occupancy Surveys completed on January 23, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

These Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:

1. Alterations to create two Class 2 Imaging Rooms for routine Cardiology Procedures on the 4th floor. This Phase 1 inspection was for rooms 04B-045 and 04B-006. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-23-0207, H-23-1131, and H-23-1168.

2. Alterations to relocate administrative functions and upgrade of an existing staff locker room in anticipation of a larger Cardiac Department renovation on the 4th and 5th floors. This Phase 1 inspection was for Locker Room 04C-003 and Office 04A-023K. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-23-0209 and H-23-1168.

3. This Final Inspection was for alterations on the fifth floor to provide new patient monitoring systems which includes a new TR. Staff locker rooms are being renovated in these locations and new outlets are being installed in multiple patient rooms. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-23-0705 and H-23-1103.


This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
